Consideration of ONCA 15-49, An Act to amend ONCA 14-67 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Osage Health Authority board for fiscal year 2015 in the amount of one hundred twenty six thousand five hundred ninety six dollars ($126,596); to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Osage Nation Energy Services, LLC Board for fiscal year 2015 in the amount of forty thousand six hundred seventy two dollars ($40,672); and to establish an alternate effective date.
