An Act to authorize and appropriate two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to the Treasury for debt payments already distributed to the Master Campus Plan Loan; to ratify the Master Campus Loan debt payments made by the Treasurer; and to establish an alternate effective date.
