An Act to provide an appropriation to the Cultural Preservation, Arts, Heritage and Language Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2016 in the amount of three million sixteen thousand two hundred sixty seven dollars ($3,016,267); and to establish an alternate effective date.
