HealthSmart FSA Mobile App will be Available Soon!
We are excited to announce that the HealthSmart FSA Mobile App will be available soon. Our anticipated date will be 2/1/2016. In order to make this new benefit possible, an upgrade must be completed which will require a short black out period for certain services within our claims processing system. Please note the details below:
- Manual claims submitted via mail, email or fax can be received but will not be processed for reimbursement between 1/25-2/1. (all claims submitted beginning today thru January 20th will be processed for payment on January 21st ; after this date all claims received will be held until February 1st . Processing will resume on the that date)
- Members will not have access to the employee portal to submit claims from January 22nd thru January 31st. Access should be available once again on February 1st.
- New enrollments can be received but will not be added to our system between 1/18-1/31. (Enrollments received from your Tribal members are worked in date order. We are currently working on applications with received dates of 1-11-2016. Applications that are pending additional information will be added prior to this date if requested information is received. All additional clean applications received by January 14th will be entered prior to this cut off period.)
- New Debit Cards will not be ordered between 1/15-2/1.
Please note that during the above blackout periods, the debit cards will continue to work as normal. We apologize for the short inconvenience and hope that Tribal Members enjoy the new enhancement for 2016.
