Osage Museum prepares for new exhibitions, completes renovation

Open by appointment to accommodate constituents and public

Pawhuska, OK (3/29/2016) – The Osage Nation Museum (ONM) will be open by appointment from April 4 to May 19 to finish preparations for two new exhibitions and allow for completion of major renovation projects in public spaces. The Museum will resume normal hours on May 20.

The ONM will host an Opening Reception on Friday, May 20 for the two new exhibits. “Treasures of the Osage Nation Museum: Highlights of the Collection”will run thru Sept. 17. The staff will also unveil the new permanent exhibit: “Wah-Zha-Zhi Spirit: A Celebration of Osage History and Culture” at the Opening Reception. Details and more information about the Opening Reception are scheduled to follow.
