An Act to amend the "Osage Tribal Council Resolution No. 31-1461", to Provide an Appropriation Modification to Osage Nation Integrated Resource Management by shifting appropriated funds from the "Contractual" line item to the "Travel" line item; to declare an emergency; and establish an effective date.
