  6. Consideration of ONCA 16-95, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Child, Family and Senior Services Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2017 in the amount of four million five hundred thirty thousand dollars ($4,530,000); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

Consideration of ONCA 16-118, An Act to Amend 16 ONC § 3-104 and § 3-106 of the Health Benefit Act to change the minimum benefit to pregnant women once during each pregnancy to one thousand dollars ($1,000); to set the benefit for pregnant women and elders before calculating the maximum women and elders before calculating the maximum benefit to all other participants; and to establish an alternate effective date.
