5. Consideration of ONCA 16-109, An Act to provide an appropriation in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a grant donation to the Hula Water District for water treatment equipment and installation; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards)

Consideration of ONCA 16-108, An Act to provide an appropriation in the amount fo seventy five thousand dollars ($75,000) for a grant donation to the City of Wynona for facility improvements, water treatment equipment, installation and maintenance; and to establish an alternate effective date. 7. Consideration of ONCA 16-118, An Act to amend 16 ONC § 3-104 and §3-106 of the Health Benefit Act to change the minimum benefit to pregnant women once during each pregnancy to one thousand dollars ($1,000); to set the benefit for pregnant women and elders before calculating the maximum benefit to all other participants; and to establish an alternate effective date.
