  1. ONCA 16-94, An Act to provide an appropriation to the Language and Cultural Resources Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2017 in the amount of four million two hundred one thousand five hundred eighty five dollars ($4,201,585); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-107, An Act to establish the Osage Nation Retained Revenue Fund; and to provide an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

  1. ONCA 16-111, An Act provide an appropriation to the limited liability company, Bluestem Ranch, LLC, in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000); and to provide an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn)

 

  1. ONCA 16-115, An Act to authorize and appropriate two hundred ninety nine thousand dollars ($299,000) for the payment of base pay and special adjustments in accordance with the Merit System of Employment; to Direct Human Resources Department to administer and direct the awards in accordance with the Merit System of Employment; and to establish an alternate effective date.
