a.   ONCA 17-02, An Act to authorize and appropriate one million dollars ($1,000,000) to Tallgrass Economic Development, LLC as a capital contribution for the purpose of securing bonding; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Supernaw)

 

b.   ONCA 17-03, An Act to authorize and appropriate four thousand dollars ($4,000) to the Executive Branch for the purpose of Sovereignty Day; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Buffalohead)

 

c.   ONCA 17-04, An Act to amend ONCA 16-91 to provide supplemental appropriation to the Division of Executive Administration in the amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for the Election Office costs of the special election ordered by the Osage Nation Congress; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Buffalohead)

 

d.   ONCA 17-05, An Act to amend the election code, chapters 1 through 12; to govern the conduct of Osage Nation elections including elections for Principal Chief, Assistant Principal Chief, Osage Nation Congress, elections for the retention of Judges of the Osage Judiciary, and other elections required by the Constitution and by law; and to establish an alternate effective date. e.   ONCA 17-07, An Act to amend ONCA 16-92 to provide a supplemental appropriation to Health and Wellness Division in the amount of one million four hundred eleven thousand seven hundred twenty three dollars ($1,411,723); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

f.    ONCA 17-08, An Act to amend ONCA 16-119 to provide a supplemental appropriation to for cultural donation to the Marine Corps Detachment in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Shaw)

 

g.  ONCA 17-10, An Act to appropriate the sum of four hundred forty two thousand dollars ($442,000) to the Restricted Real Property Re-purchase Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Supernaw)

 

h.   ONCR 17-07, A Resolution to approve the Osage Nation Election Board rules and regulations governing elections in accordance with the Osage Nation Election Code. (Buffalohead)
