An act to provide technical amendments to ONCA 06-10, "Osage Nation Revenue and Taxation Act of 2006, as amended," making it consistent with the Constitution of the Osage Nation and the 2008 Tobacco Tax Compact; to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
