An Act to amend Fiscal Year 2011 appropriation Act ONCA 10-97; to provide a supplemental appropriation to General Assistance in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000); to provide an initial appropriation of Tribal funds to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) in the amount of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000); and to establish an alternate effective date.
