An Act to establish a revolving fund in the Legislative Branch for the Osage Nation Code; to authorize Osage Nation Code sales and licensing revenues to be deposited in the established fund; to authorized Osage Nation Congress to make expenditures out of the fund; to establish an alternate effective date.
