  6. Appropriation Priorities 
  • ONCA 18-05, An Act to authorize and appropriate one million, one hundred ten thousand dollars ($1,110,000) to the Osage Nation Energy Services, LLC; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Hamilton) 
  • ONCA 18-16, An Act to provide an appropriation to the limited liability company, Bluestem Ranch, LLC in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) out of the Economic Development Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Whitehorn) 
  • ONCA 18-20, An Act to authorize and appropriate up to four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to meet the fifteen percent (15%) match requirements of the Community Connect Grant for the Pawhuska Overlay service area from the Economic Development Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Pratt) 
  • ONCA 18-21, An Ac to authorize and appropriate up to four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to meet the fifteen percent (15%) match requirements of the Community Connect Grant for the Avant and Barnsdall service area from the Economic Development Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Pratt) 
      7.  ONCR 18-13, A Resolution of the Osage Nation Congress requesting the Branches of the Osage Nation submit proposed budgets equal to or less than the percentages set out in this resolution on or before July 15, 2018. (Edwards)
