An act to amend fiscal year 2010 appropriation Act ONCA 10-25; to provide supplemental appropriations to Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention and Primary Residence Treatment Program, Environment and Natural Resources, Family Preservation, Law Enforcement and Social Services Foster Care; to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
