- ONCA 19-41, An Act to amend ONCA 18-20, which authorized and appropriated up to four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to meet the fifteen percent (15%) match requirements of the Community Connect Grant for the Pawhuska Overlay service area, to expand it to the Hominy Service Area; and to establish an alternate effective date.
