Open House Reception
Pawhuska, Ok. –Join the Osage Nation Museum (ONM) and the Osage Nation Visitors Center to kick-off Summer 2019. The event will occur on Thursday, May 30 from 5 to 7 pm. A public reception will be held in the beautiful galleries of the ONM and will feature an evening of tasty food, door prizes, and networking. This event brings together organizations and businesses who contribute to the dynamic atmosphere and historic appeal of Pawhuska. The following program partners will showcase their products: Water Bird Gallery, Spurs and Arrows, andOsage Trading Company.
Museum Director Marla Redcorn-Miller said, “We wanted to extend our hospitality to fellow businesses as the summer approaches because we all do contribute to the growing historical interest in Pawhuska.” Redcorn-Miller encourages all to learn more about the Osage Nation Museum, the Osage Visitors Center, and other arts and cultural businesses. The event is free to the public.

Visit the Osage Nation Museum (ONM) in historic Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Our continuously changing exhibits convey the story of the Osage people throughout history and celebrate Osage culture today. Highlights include an extensive photograph collection, historical artifacts, as well as traditional and contemporary art. Founded in 1938, the ONM is the oldest tribally-owned museum in the United States. Admission and parking are free.
