ONCA 12-07 ENACTED

An Act to amend ONCA 11-87 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Education Department in the amount of two million five hundred ninety four thousand four hundred eighty three dollars ($2,594,483); to provide an appropriation modification to the Human Resources Department; to provide an appropriation modification to the Counseling Center for fiscal year 2012; and to establish an alternate effective date.
