An Act to amend ONCA 11-39 to provide supplemental appropriations to Breast Feeding - Peer Counseling, Communities of Excellence NATEN, Communities of Excellence Tobacco Prevention, Senior Service Title IV-A and Senior Service Title VI-C for fiscal year 2012; and to establish an alternate effective date.
