  1. ONCA 20-30, An Act to authorize and appropriate fourteen million ($14,000,000) to the Osage Nation Health Benefit Fund from fiscal year 2021 tribal revenue for Direct Assistance to Osage members under 65 years  of age as set forth in the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act, 16 ONC § 3-101 et seq.; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Edwards) 
  2. ONCA 20-31, An Act to authorize and appropriate fifty six thousand two hundred dollars ($56,200) to Emergency Management for the purchase of twenty three comprehensive rescue systems and twenty wall brackets; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Walker)
     8.  General Oder Day 2 – Amendments May Be Proposed 
  1. ONCA 20-02, An Act to amend the Treasury Law, 15 ONC § 2-311 and to insert § 323 to require continuous access to financial records to the Osage Nation Congress and add a penalty for preventing access; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Potts) 
  2. ONCR 20-01, A Resolution to recognize the employees of Osage Casinos for their perseverance in the face of Governor Stitt’s claims about the compact. 
  3. ONCR 20-08, A Resolution to approve a new fiscal year 2021 Annual Revenue Projection of the Osage Nation with updated revenues; to establish budget outlays for the branches as well as for the next five (5) years.

  1. ONCR 20-07, A Resolution to establish the consent of the Osage Nation Congress to the alienation of property and for the property to be conveyed to Osage Innovative Solutions, LLC in compliance with the grant award.
