An Act to authorize and appropriate one million one hundred forty eight thousand two hundred thirty one dollars ($1,148,231) to the Osage Nation Higher Education Scholarship Fund from fiscal year 2012 funds; to authorize funding levels for scholarship categories; and to establish an alternate effective date.
