An Act to authorize and appropriate eight million seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($8,750,000) tothe Osage Nation Health Benefit Fund for Osage members under sixty-five (65) years of age as set forth in the Osage Nation Health Benefit Act, 16 ONC § 3-101 et seq.; and to establish an alternate effective date.
