6. ONCA 22-31, An Act to amend the Open Meetings Act at 15 ONC § 7-107, to require executive sessions to be recorded by the body and to prohibit public bodies from excluding elected official from executive sessions on a limited basis; and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)

7. ONCA 22-32, An Act to amend the Election Code at 12 ONC § 10-102, to change the number of days effecting a vacancy from one hundred eighty (180) to two hundred seventy (270); and to establish an alternate effective date. (Goodfox)
