An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of seven million six hundred ninety four thousand three hundred seventy three dollars ($7,694,373) to the Executive Branch of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the purchase of land, design, engineering, and construction of a Senior Housing Complex in the town of Hominy, Oklahoma; and to establish an effective date.
