An Act to authorize and appropriate from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund in the amount of three million dollars ($3,000,000) to the Executive Branch for water and sewer infrastructure repairs, improvements, or upgrades for the Pawhuska Village and community; and to establish an alternate effective date.
