An Act to authorize and appropriate from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds in the amount of seventeen million dollars ($17,000,000) to the Executive Branch for the remediation of the Rail Road Right-of-Way, and the design, engineering and construction of an Outdoor Health Complex in Pawhuska, Oklahoma; and to establish an alternate effective date.
