An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of eight million dollars ($8,000,000) to the Executive Branch of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the design, engineering, and construction of a Senior Housing Complex in the town of Fairfax, Oklahoma; and to establish an alternate effective date.
