Women's History Month Event at Congress
Women's History Month Event: March is Women's History Month and the 4th Osage Congress will honor former Osage Nation Congresswomen in recognition of their service to the Osage people. A small reception will follow regular session tomorrow at 10 a.m. for three resolutions; ONCR-16-16, a resolution commending Speaker Jerri Jean Bransetter; ONCR 16-17, a resolution commending Debra Atterberry; and
Woodland JOM Cultural Day
The Woodland JOM Parent Committee organizes an annual day of Native American Cultural education for Native American students. The days activities will be held at the Osage Grayhorse Indian Village near Fairfax, Okla. Student will form groups and rotate through cultural education stations at different Osage family traditional camps. Cultural education topics include Osage history, beadwork

Woodland JOM School Supply Distributions
Woodland JOM school supply distribution (for JOM students enrolled at Woodland schools): Friday, August 5th at Woodland Elementary from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Parents will need to provide a copy of their child’s CDIB or tribal membership card if it is not already on file. Parent committees may not have access to copy machines. Please be patient during these events. The JOM committees are volunteer
