Ways to Give
The Osage Nation is a sovereign Nation thriving on its Reservation in Northeast Oklahoma. A people of strength, hope, and passion, honoring the stories of the past and building the world of the future. Still here. Still moving forward. A Nation to be proud of.
Services and programs at the Osage Nation help further education, expand our language, improve community health, and preserve our culture. Osage Nation deeply appreciates all monetary donations and is currently fundraising for two critical projects: The Osage Nation Museum & Heritage Center and Daposka Ahnkodapi. You can donate here or click on the images below to find out more information about these projects that will maintain and support Osage Nation for generations to come.

𐓈𐒰𐓄𐓂𐓆𐒼𐒰 𐒰͘𐒼𐓂𐓈𐒰𐓬𐒻 (Our School) is more than just an educational facility. It's a nurturing environment for Osage children, from 6 weeks old to 7th grade , where they can begin to learn the Osage language at a pre-verbal age. By immersing students in the Osage language and culture and providing them with daily opportunities to explore and learn, we are not just shaping their academic future, but also strengthening their self-esteem and their Osage identity.
Your donations will have a direct impact on Osage youth. Immediate needs include:
- Installing a wood floor in the gym and small sets of bleachers.
- Purchasing a 15-passenger van for field trips.
- Purchasing tribal regalia for students to alleviate any financial burdens.
- Help fund school trips:
- Middle School visit to Crazy Horse Monument in South Dakota and Yellowstone Park in Wyoming.
- All school field trip to Washington, DC, to attend the Native American Youth Language Fair and visit the Smithsonian Native American Museum
- Middle School visit to Osage Cultural Sites in Missouri, and also to Silver Dollar City
The Osage Nation Museum & Heritage Center, a cornerstone of our cultural preservation efforts, is embarking on the 'Envisioning Our Future' project. This initiative is not just about a physical space, but about safeguarding the vibrancy of our Osage cultural heritage and language for the generations to come. Since its establishment in 1938, the museum has been a hub of community, a place for sharing, and a guardian of the enduring Osage story. As the oldest tribally-governed museum in the Nation, ONM has always been at the forefront of representing our arts, history, and culture from the Wahzhazhe perspective.
