James (Jimmy) Aldridge is the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Osage Nation. He advises and assists the Chief of Staff on budgetary matters, internal and external policies, procedural and organizational development matters, and leads the Office of the Principal Chief’s data and policy analysis efforts.
Jimmy is a graduate of Barnsdall High School and a United States Marine Corps Retiree with six combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He served 20 years as an expert in Telecommunications with experience ranging from radio and satellite transmissions/infrastructure, fiber optic and copper installation and theory, inside and outside plant installation, LAN and WAN installation, as well as frequency management services. He has 15 years of leadership and management experience at various levels of command ranging from Company to General Level, with as many as 150 subordinates at one time under his direct command. Jimmy and his wife Brandy have three children Courtney, Wesley, and Reese. His priorities include continuing his education and spending time with his family and friends.
