Karen Cedar is the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chief where her duties include coordination of special projects, research, monitoring, reporting, and office management.
Karen received her BSN and served as Nurse for over 20 years where she co-owned a Home Health agency for 5 years. She completed her Masters in Information Technology about 11 months before completing her Bachelors in Business Administration. She worked as a Business Management Consultant during which time she had two successful Business Management Consulting companies, which she sold off to a top 10 major fortune 500 company and becoming a CIO with another. She then continued to do Business Management Consulting until coming to the Osage Nation and serving the Chief Standing Bear Administration.
