ONCR 12-29

A Resolution to request the placement of fee lands into Trust by the Secretary of the Interior.

ONCR 12-28

A Resolution to express the concern about compacting or contracting services with the United States of America at this time, and to acknowledge that the Osage Nation Congress will not approve any compacts or contracts for services in fiscal year 2013. 

ONCR 12-27

A Resolution to support and request the Speaker of Osage Nation Congress create a master meeting, activity, appointment and travel calendar for the members of the Osage Congress, and to request submission from the Executive Branch, through the Principal Chief, of Executive Branch meetings, activities and attendance opportunities for members of Congress, and for elected officials’ travel schedules.

An Act to adopt the Articles of Operation for the limited liability company, Osage Nation Energy Services, LLC, to be formed under the Osage Nation Limited Liability Companies Act.

An act to establish a one-time economic development matching grant for a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per individual entrepreneur or business entity; to authorize and appropriate a total grant amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000); and to provide an alternate effective date. An act to create the Division of Administrative Services within the Executive Branch of the Osage Nation; to authorize departments of the Division; to authorize organization of personnel within the Division; to authorize travel and to establish an alternate effective date.

An act to establish a matching grant for artists and art organizations up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per grant; to authorize the Osage Nation Foundation to review applications and determine grant recipients, and to administer the grant funds; to appropriate a total grant amount of one hundred seventy five thousand dollars ($175,000); and to establish an alternate effective date.
