Restricted Land
Restricted land is land or any interest therein which an individual Indian or tribe holds title, subject to Federal restrictions against alienation or encumbrance. The restriction is on the land not the individual. As a result, the BIA is required to approve land sales, rights-of-way, leases, etc.
Note: The Osage Nation Real Estate Services will require original signatures by mail or e-mail for the Restricted Land application.
