Hominy Fitness/Wellness Center The Osage Nation is anticipating an opportunity to apply for grant funds, approximately $800,000 and $250,000 tribal funds to build a new Fitness/Wellness Center in Hominy, Oklahoma. The Center will have fitness facilities and equipment and other areas to offer some existing health program services to be determined. Citizens will have an opportunity to share their
