About this Program The Osage Nation Primary Residential Treatment (PRT) Center is a drug and alcohol residential treatment program administered by the Osage Nation Counseling Center. PRT is a 60-day program for men and women suffering from substance abuse. This program was developed to encourage and prepare Native Americans for a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle. About The Osage Nation Public Health Nursing/Health Education (PHN/HE) Program is housed within the Wah-Zha-Zhi Health Center under the guidance of the licensed medical providers. The PHN/HE Program is a self-governance program. The PHN/HE program has one full time registered nurse and one full time licensed practical nurse. There will be a Public Hearing, on June 21 st, regarding the Child Care and Development Fund Preprint Plan. This refers to a grant which supplies Child Care assistance to low income families. This hearing will allow the public to give input and learn about changes to the grant.
