ONCA 07-04 ENACTED

An Act relating to the use, possession, manufacture, and distribution of methamphetamine; limiting the precursors necessary for its manufacture; providing a penalty for the unlawful possession of such precursors; amending Section 540 of the Osage Criminal Code; criminalizing fraudulent results in drug testing; creating the Osage Nation Anti-Methamphetamine Joint Task Force; setting an effective date; and declaring an emergency.
