An Act to amend the FY 2010 Boards and Commissions Appropriation Act, ONCA 09-65 as amended, to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Gaming Enterprise Board in the amount seventeen thousand eight hundred sixty dollars ($17,860); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
