An act to amend ONCA 09-59, the "FY 2010 Judicial Branch Appropriation Act", to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Judicial Branch in the amount of seventeen thousand nine hundred seventy six dollars ($17,976); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.
