An Act to provide an appropriation to the Cultural Preservation, Arts, Heritage and Language Division of the Osage Nation for fiscal year 2015 in the amount of two million eight hundred eighty four thousand seven hundred two dollars ($2,884,702); and to establish an alternate effective date.
