An Act to amend Chapters 1, 3 and 4 of the Osage Nation Revenue and Taxation Act of 2006 as amended, 26 ONC 1-101 et. seq.; to change the structure of the tax commission; to remove the name of an individual from the statute; to allow the Nation to register motor vehicles as a government; and to establish an alternate effective date.
