An Act to amend and restate the Business, Commission and Advisory Boards Act, 15 ONC § 5-101 et seq. creating a new board category for the Health Authority Board; to amend 16 ONC § 7-104 to remove the non-business board designation for the Health Authority Board; and to establish an alternate effective date.
