ONCA 16-118, An Act to amend 16 ONC§ 3-104 and§ 3-106 of the Health Benefit Act to change the minimum benefit to
pregnant women once during each pregnancy to one thousand dollars ($1,000); to set the benefit for pregnant women
and elders before calculating the maximum benefit to all other participants; and to establish an alternate effective
