ONCA 17-67, An Act to amend 3 ONC§ 5-108 to limit the original jurisdiction of the Osage Nation Supreme Court to the questions and stated by petition or by motion to remove, and to prohibit expansion of the questions; to require the Osage Nation Supreme Court to be fair and treat the parties equally when setting briefing schedules or rules on briefing; and establish an alternate effective date.
