An Act to authorize and appropriate a supplemental amount of seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to the Executive Branch of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for the purchase of land, design, engineering, and construction of a Senior Housing Complex in the town of Hominy, Oklahoma; and to establish an alternate effective date.
