An Act to authorize and appropriate the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to compensate the employees of the Osage Nation for expenses incurred during the COVID-19 pandemic; and to establish an alternate effective date.
