An Act to require all tobacco and gaming compacts with the State of Oklahoma and all compacts concerning Indian Health Services or the Bureau of Indian Affairs with the United States of America to be affirmed by resolution of the Osage Nation Congress to require compacts pertaining to minerals to be approved by the Osage Minerals Council; and to establish an alternate effective date.

An Act to amend ONCA 12-85, the Osage Nation Permanent Fund Act to provide for further sovereign protections of the Permanent Fund; and to establish an alternate effective date.

FY14 Resolutions

ONCR 14-22

A Resolution expressing the consent of the Osage Nation Congress to the continuance of cases CIV 2014-34, CV 2014-36, and CV 2014-41, Osage County, Oklahoma relating to the establishment of wind farms in the reservation area; authorizing the Principal Chief to represent the Nation in such litigation, and requesting that litigation costs not be incurred beyond amounts appropriated for that purpose without further appropriation. 

ONCR 14-21

A Resolution to authorize the Treasurer to set the maximum amount payable to Health Benefit Plan participants sixty-five (65) years of age or more at one thousand dollars ($1,000) for calendar year 2015.

A Resolution to adopt the Articles of Organization for the limited liability company, Tallgrass Economic Development, LLC, to be formed under the Osage Nation Limited Liability Companies Act.

A Resolution to adopt the Articles of Operation for the liability company, Tallgrass Economic Development, LLC, to be formed under the Osage Nation Limited Liability Companies Act.

A Resolution to provide for an election to amend Article VII, Section 2 of the Constitution of the Osage Nation. 

ONCR 14-17

A Resolution to support the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Pawhuska, and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity.

ONCR 14-16

A Resolution requesting the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Board to include a forty six million dollar ($46,000,000) annual distribution to the Osage Nation in its Annual Plan of Operations for fiscal year 2015 for the purposes of Master Campus Plan debt retirement in the amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000) and creating a real property purchase fund in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000).

A Resolution to formally request participation in the Indian Health Service Tribal Self-Governance Program under 42 C.F.R. § 137.18, and to support the negotiation and execution of a compact between the Osage Nation and the United States government pursuant to Public Law PL 93-638.

ONCA 13-97

An Act to require all correspondence from the U.S. Department of the Interior and its Bureau of Indian Affairs to be copied to the Osage Nation Congress; and to establish an alternate effective date.

ONCA 13-31

An Act to amend 16 ONC §§ 3-104 and 3-105 of the Health Benefit Act to allow Members age sixty-five (65) or over to elect annual medi-gap coverage in lieu of the monetary benefit; to conform the law to reflect this option; and to authorize the Administrator of the Health Benefit Plan to solicit a group plan for coverage January 1, 2015 and to notify qualifying members of this optional election; and to establish an alternate effective date.

An Act to authorize and appropriate four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to the Osage Nation Executive Branch and three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to Osage Nation Energy Services, LLC for the purchase of real property; and to establish an alternate effective date.
