The 6th Osage Nation Congress will convene the 2nd Special Session on August 24th at 10 A.M. Under consideration will be two items: ONCR 18-17, A Resolution to authorize and approve execution of a “Fire Protection and Automated Response Agreement” with the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and to authorize a limited waiver of sovereign immunity from suit and a consent to jurisdiction.
