An Act to amend ONCA 22-03 to appropriate the amount of two million five hundred nine thousand six hundred eighty two dollars ($2,509,682) of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds Child Care Development and Low Income Household Water Assistance; and to establish an alternate effective date.
