An act to amend the “FY 2009 Legislative Branch Appropriation Act”, ONCA 08-39, to provide an appropriation modification to the Office of Fiscal and Performance Review to deduct the amount of forty thousand dollars ($-40,000); to provide an appropriation modification and supplemental appropriation to the Legislative Branch in the amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000); to declare an emergency; and establish an effective date. 

An act to amend the “Fiscal Year 2009 Government Operations Departments and Programs Appropriation Act”, ONCA 08-43, to Provide an appropriation modification and supplemental appropriation to the Education Department in the amount of nine hundred fifty four thousand seven hundred ten dollars ($954,710); to declare an emergency; and establish an effective date. 

An Act to protect the real property and business good will of the Osage Nation from improper alienation; and to provide an alternate effective date.  

Anti-Alienation Act

An Act to provide an appropriation to the Executive Branch for the purpose of litigating Osage Nation v. Thomas E. Kemp, Jr, Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission; Jerry Johnson, Vice-Chairman of the Oklahoma Tax Commission; and Constance Irby, Secretary-Member of the Oklahoma Tax Commission; to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.  

Special Litigation Appropriation Bill

A resolution to provide a limited waiver of sovereign immunity for the purpose of receiving a grant from Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust.

A resolution to request the scholarships for higher education in the amount of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500) be sent to college, university or other higher education institution of each student who was awarded such amount for this semester or year.

A resolution declaring Congressional consent and approval of the Osage Nation Gaming Enterprise Board's Annual Plan of Operation in part for Fiscal Year 2010.

A Resolution to provide for an election to amend Article VI, Section 13 of the Constitution of the Osage Nation to change the number of votes required to override a veto or line item veto from three-fourths to two-thirds. 

A Resolution to provide for an election to amend Articles III, VI, VII, VIII, XIII and XV of the Constitution of the Osage Nation to change "membership" to "citizenship" and to change "eligibility for membership" to "right of citizenship."
