An act to amend ONCA 08-46 to allow parents and custodial guardian of minors and persons with disabilities to apply for benefits on behalf of Osage Nation members; and to restrict verification of benefit claims to five percent (5%) of all claims filed; and establish an alternate effective date.

An Act to amend Fiscal Year 2011 appropriation Act to ONCA 10-97 to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Education Department to fund Higher Education Scholarships to fund additional incurred tuition and fees to higher education students in the amount of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000); and to establish an alternate effective date.

An Act amend the Gaming Reform Act of 2007, ONCA 07-30; to increase the number of Board members from three (3) to five (5); and to establish an alternate effective date. 

An Act to require a portion of the gaming revenue deposits to the Osage Nation be restricted to direct member assistance; to require half of the direct member assistance to be available to all members of the Osage Nation; and to establish an alternate effective date.

An Act to establish a revolving fund to satisfy semi-annual requests from regional Osage membership organizations to help offset meeting room rental and audio visual equipment rental; to authorize and appropriate a total amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000); and to provide an alternate effective date. An Act to amend the Business, Commission and Advisory Boards Act, ONCA 11-01; to require select Boards to be bonded; to require all boards to submit meeting minutes to the Osage Nation Congress and the Principal Chief; and to establish an alternate effective date.

An Act to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Judicial Branch in the amount of two thousand twenty two dollars ($2,022)

An Act to amend the Osage Nation Gaming Law, ONCA 07-09, as amended, to comply with National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) regulations; to update the gaming license requirements; to add new gaming vendor, non-gaming vendor and non-gaming employee definitions; to allow for closed hearings of the gaming commission; to give the commission authority to issue a conditional license; to give the commission authority to make the final decision on license issuance after NIGC objection; and to except compared covered tort and prize claims from patron dispute sections.  

An act to amend ONCA 10-81, to provide a supplemental appropriation to the Osage Nation v. Thomas E. Kemp, Jr. et al. Litigation Fund in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date. 

An act to provide an appropriation to the Grant Matching Funds Program in the amount of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000); to declare an emergency and establish an effective date. 

An act to amend the FY 2011 Government Operations Departments and Programs Appropriation Act, ONCA 10-97; to provide a supplemental appropriation to IDC/Human Resources in the amount of three hundred nine thousand nine hundred forty four dollars (309,944); and to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.  

An act to provide appropriation modifications to previous fiscal year federal grant funds of the Indian Tribal Government and Social Services Programs; to declare an emergency and establish an effective date.  

An act to preserve the right of Osage Nation government to have due process before termination of employment; and to establish an alternate effective date. 

An act to amend the Gaming Reform Act of 2007, ONCA 07-30; to require a description of the bonus structure for all employees of the Gaming Enterprise to be included in the annual plan of operation; and to establish an alternate effective date.

An act to establish a matching grant for artists and art organizations up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per grant; to authorize the Osage Nation Foundation to review applications and determine grant recipients, and to administer the grant funds; to appropriate a total grant amount of one hundred seventy five thousand dollars ($175,000); and to establish an alternate effective date.
